Ways to Surprise Your Loved Ones on Their Birthdays

Do you love surprises? I do!! Especially on my birthday. We are all excited when our birthday is fast approaching because we all want to celebrate. Kids are so excited imagining the birthday balloons, the food, cake, friends, games and fun. To us adults, our level of excitement is different. We are not looking forward to the birthday balloons and games, but we are excited about the surprises our friends and loved ones will do on our birthdays.
Here are some simple ways to surprise your loved ones on their birthdays. You don't need to spend a lot of money to give surprises, just do these simple things to show that you care. These will create a valuable memory than money could buy.
Serenade- If you have friends who can sing, gather them all and practice a birthday song or a meaningful song to be dedicated to the birthday celebrant but you must practice before his birthday comes. Remember, this is a surprise so try your best to keep it secret from the celebrant. We always do this when we have a member of our family, a friend, relative or a neighbor who is celebrating birthday. We prepared a series of birthday songs like 3 or 4 songs. Then at dawn on the day of his birthday, we will serenade in his house. We will bring musical instruments like keyboard, guitar and sometimes we have sound tracts for our songs. In between songs we will have some wishes and uplifting words for the birthday celebrant. Most of those whom we serenade cried and said, they will never forget this. They can feel the love and care. It makes their day so memorable.

Birthday Poster- In an illustration board, you can draw anything to convey your birthday message to the celebrant, that if you are good in drawing. If not, the best option is to print the picture of the celebrant in a poster paper, put boarders around it, then let everyone who loved him write their signatures on the poster with their wishes for the celebrant. You can frame it if you want then hang it at the door of his room on the night before his birthday. He will be surprised to see it in the morning. Another option is to put the birthday poster in a visible place where the celebrant can see it early in the morning when he wake up on his birthday.
Another funny but memorable surprise is to hang his/her clothes at the door outside of his/her room. Put shoes, under if to look like he/she is wearing it. Then make a banner with "happy birthday words" on it and put it across the hanging clothes. You can hang or staple some greeting cards around it, some birthday wishes, etc. This is really funny but memorable. We've done this too.
Birthday program- Well, when you think of a program, it always goes with food. In this case, you would need a budget. You can turn it into a big party if you have the money but if the budget is tight, friends and relatives of the celebrant can have a potluck. Bring their own recipe to the surprise program/party. You take it to the house of the celebrant. The birthday program will go first before the eating. Start the program with singing, then followed by the wishes. Each of the individual who is present in the program would say something about the celebrant. His/her traits, how she/he is as a person, things that they don't forget about him/her, things like that and then their wishes for the celebrant.
Surprise gift. In giving a surprise gift, we must know ahead of time what the celebrant would like to have. Her/his wishes whether material or intangible things. Most people love material things. With that in mind, search of what is it and save a budget for that. Avoid giving clue by asking what he/she likes because it will not be a surprise anymore. Just keep cool in doing your research and saving money to buy it.
These are some of the simple surprises you can give to your loved ones which will make their day meaningful and memorable for them.
